Work visa consultancy

Plan an international move with a clear view of the job offer, permission to work and entry requirements. Share your destination and current circumstances so we can clarify the support available for your enquiry.

Discuss your situation

Identify the right route first

“Work visa” is not one worldwide application category. Consider the employer’s country, where the work will be carried out, the contract and the purpose of the stay together. Permission to enter and permission to work may involve separate steps.

Prepare your nationality, country of residence, destination, occupation and intended start date. Actual support for a particular country is confirmed separately after your enquiry is assessed.

Understand the employer’s role

If you have an offer, clarify the job title, workplace, pay and the steps the employer will handle. If you do not, say so at the beginning: a visa enquiry does not itself provide an employer or a job offer.

For example, the UK Skilled Worker route includes an approved employer and sponsorship conditions. Canada distinguishes employer-specific permits from open permits available to eligible applicants. These examples are not universal rules for every destination.

Prepare from enquiry to application

Organise the work into four parts: understand the applicant’s circumstances, check the relevant official route, build a document and responsibility list, and plan the next application steps.

  1. Identify missing or inconsistent information.
  2. Separate employer and applicant responsibilities.
  3. Check the destination’s official document requirements.
  4. Review the proposed consultancy scope in writing.

Plan costs and timing

Separate consultancy fees from government charges, translations, insurance, travel and any other third-party expenses. A fixed price or timeline without a destination and application route can give a misleading picture.

A consultant cannot guarantee an official decision or appointment date. Coordinate employment and travel commitments with the relevant permissions and your employer.

Questions before you start

Can I enquire without a job offer?

Yes, you can share your situation. The route that could be assessed and the support our team can provide need to be clarified separately. Neither employment nor an immigration outcome is promised.

Should I send documents in my first message?

Start with your destination, occupation and job-offer status. Before sending a passport or detailed personal records, ask which documents are needed and how they should be shared securely.

Your working checklist

Prepare for an initial discussion

Use this list to bring the essential information together before your consultation.

Selections stay on this open page and are not sent to our team. Print your completed checklist to keep a copy.

Sources and scope

Country examples are explanatory and do not state active service coverage. Whether your enquiry can be supported is confirmed in the initial assessment. The relevant authority decides the application.
